Dr Aodhan Docherty

Dr Docherty has been with About Smiles for nearly a decade now, and his clinic is in Circular Quay.

He studied a Bachelor of Medical Science and Bachelor of Dentistry at the University Of Sydney, graduating with honours and has since become alumini of the Fahl Cosmetic Academy, the KoisAcademy and completed a two year orthodontic mini-residency through EODO and the City of London Dental School. Dr Docherty furthered his education by gaining distinctions across the board in his postgraduate diploma in clinical dentistry in the field of Dental Implants at the University of Sydney.

Dr Docherty holds places as a key opinion leader for some of the largest dental companies, 3M, Ultradent, KERR and 3Shape speaking internationally in both the USA and Asia.

While he has a large base of patients whom he looks after for general dentistry, Dr Docherty primarily focusses on his passion for cosmetic dental work. This involves Porcelain Veneers, Invisalign and teeth whitening. We use the latest 3D digital technology and work closely with our technician team.
