Up to $18,000 can be claimed towards a funeral service and/or memorialisation.

Where do the approved funds go once they're released?​

Your approved funds are released by your Super fund and are deposited into your nominated bank account to then be used for the approved treatment or service.

What will a funeral application cost?

Your SuperCare consultant will discuss a once off fee during the initial consultation.

What is dependency criteria?

Dependency must be established by providing evidence that the deceased relied on the Applicant for: ‘at home care’, physical and financial support.

IVF

CAN I USE MY PARTNER’S SUPER FOR MY IVF TREATMENT?

Yes. You can use your husband’s or partner’s Super to fund your IVF treatment.

How soon can I be booked in for my treatment?

You can book in your treatment today. Allow up to 4-6 weeks for the application process when booking in treatment. This has been streamlined with the help of SuperCare’s network of medical health professionals.

Can I use my family Dentist?

Yes, your family dentist can perform your treatment as you desire.

Are there any limitations with the amount of Super I can use?

No, you can use as much or as little as required to treat your dental condition.

What happens if I need to get more Super funds to put towards my treatment?

You can reapply for the remaining funds required for your treatment.
