Bill Rankin with the simple idea of serving the community, established Rankins Funeral Home in 1963.

That idea has never changed, only strengthened. Rankins is a 100% local family owned business and has established itself, with the assistance of a dedicated team, as a leader in the funeral profession.

After being in the same site in Greene Street, Warrawong for over 40 years, Rankins embarked on a project to design a facility to better serve the families of the Illawarra.

November 2005, after 2 years of building and design, the dream was realised and Rankins moved into their new, improved premises in Cowper Street, Warrawong.
