I wanted to take some time this evening to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience with Supercare.

I can't begin to express my gratitude towards Catherine for making this the most stress free process for me. From the get go, Catherine was helpful, friendly and extremely easy to get in touch with during this process. Nothing was to big a ask for her and she made each step of the process easy to follow and understand.

Our IVF journey can now start with a much clearer mind, all because one of your representatives took the time to make this an easy straight forward process for us

I am writing about my experience with Hala who helped me with an application for Early Release of Super for IVF:

My consultant was professional, friendly and approachable. Without her, I would not have been able to complete the application as it was daunting and stressful. My consultant was reassuring and made the application process manageable and stress-free.
Hala was very knowledgeable, took the time to answer any of my questions, and provided much needed guidance to get through this process. I cannot thank my consultant and SuperCare enough, they truly do amazing work!

I would like to thank Gabrielle and Super Care for a speedy and hassle free process to have my Superannuation released for some much needed Dental work, with step by step instructions from start to finish, Gabrielle made it easy and stress free.

I just wanted to say, a huge Thank you to Catherine. I have done two rounds of IVF and paid in full with no discount to Queensland Fertility Clinic. (They didn’t even let us know we could access our own money)! I transferred to Monash, who informed my husband and I that we could use our Superannuation.

Over the last 4 months her dedication, commitment, follow up with phone calls and e-mails have been outstanding. My husband and I own 5 companies and he was even saying how good she was. I was happy with every process (and it is not a small one). Her e-mails are stated step by step process, she rings and follow-ups and gives you little tips along the way! Friendly, approachable and even when she couldn’t get back to you asap, she lets you know!

She knows her job and the client. This is a very emotional and expensive treatment, IVF and all the help you can get is much appreciated.

Thank you, Jenny for making my application such an easy and stress free application. Step by step, everything was always explained and I was continually kept up to date about the progress. Thank you for always being in contact and not leaving me thinking what next? Dealing with you, was like been looked after by a friend. Getting the news about my approval was the best news. If your thinking about going through SuperCare, do it!

After our initial conversation, the entire process took just over a week for paperwork and medical certificates. Once submitted, I received my confirmation to utilise my superannuation funds on the second day….. I am going to be a mother!

I just wanted to pop you an email to let you know how happy i was with the service that Jenny Vella provided to me with my Supercare Application last month. She made the confusing and time critical process for me exceptionally easy, and i felt very comfortable talking to her about my concerns with my application and asking her opinion on certain aspects of it.

She made me feel like i was her only client, and that i could call her whenever i needed to if i had any questions. She also emailed me a step by step 'to do' list so i could see exactly what i needed to do ahead of time to speed up the process.
I will have no hesitation on using Supercare again in the future if i need it, however i hope i wont have to :)

I chose to use Supercare to apply for early release of my super for IVF as some friends had recommended it due to the ease of the process. I was a little unsure at first because it's a significant amount of money, particularly for me as someone who didn't have much. I thought about doing it myself, but in the end I thought going with a company who do this every day would give me a greater liklihood of my application being approved because they would be able to ensure the i's were dotted and t's crossed in a way that I could not. And essentially, if I didn't do the application properly myself or missed something or didn't understand something it could either mean delays to my treatment (which I couldn't afford in terms of age) or being denied access to my super for treatment (which would mean that I would never have the opportunity to try for a baby). Really, using my super would be my only opportunity so it was very high stakes for me.

Not long after I registered with Supercare, I was contacted by Jenny. I was pretty nervous and she just instantly made me feel comfortable. She was positive, happy to answer any questions, very personable, reassuring, and made me feel very comfortable. She was clear in the process and what I needed to do which was very helpful. It was clear that Jenny is very passionate about her job and she's very good at what she does. Within hours of speaking to her, I realised that engaging supercare to apply for early release of super funds for IVF was the best decision I could have made. It became apparent that the amount of paperwork required to access super through compassionate grounds would have been incredibly overwhelming to handle on my own. Every day I just felt incredibly grateful to have someone so knowledgable, kind, and passionate guiding me through the process, letting me know the next step, kindly re-explaining when I was overwhelmed by it. Jenny understands what a big deal it is, it was like having my best friend!
